At BLUEBLOOD LEATHER WORKS, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, handmade bespoke shoes tailored to your unique specifications. As our products are custom-made, we have a specific refund policy to ensure both fairness and satisfaction for our valued customers.
1. Custom Orders All shoes are made to order based on the details provided by the customer. Once you have confirmed your order and we have begun production, it is considered a final sale. Therefore, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for bespoke shoes unless there is a manufacturing defect or issue with the craftsmanship.
2. Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours/ 1 day of placing it for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as production or materials may have already been processed.
3. Manufacturing Defects If your shoes arrive with any manufacturing defects, such as incorrect sizing, stitching issues, or material flaws, please notify us within 24 hours / 1 day of receiving your shoes. We will assess the issue and, if verified, offer you a full refund or an exchange for a pair that meets the agreed-upon specifications.
4. Sizing Issues It is essential to provide accurate measurements and foot details when ordering bespoke shoes. We will work with you closely to ensure the correct fit, but if there is a sizing issue resulting from an error on our part, we will make necessary adjustments or offer an exchange. However, shoes that are made correctly according to the provided measurements are not eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Process If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on the payment provider.
6. Non-refundable Items Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for bespoke shoes that were created according to your custom specifications, unless they meet the criteria mentioned above for manufacturing defects or errors.
7. Return Shipping If a return is authorized due to a manufacturing error or defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other types of returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
